		<description>Why should non-property owners be able to vote on a property tax?  Only property owners should have that right.  It&#039;s unfair to property owners to foot the majority of the bill while everyone get to reap the benefits.  If the split is 50-50, as Mr. Monsour states, then property owner will be taxed twice on this single issue.  Can someone please explain the logic or reasoning in this?  Come November 14th, I&#039;m voting NO.</description>
